A constant presence, not only reminds them of your name but also your values.

If you speak to CEO’s, Company Owners and Directors they will all have an opinion on Design, some seeing it as extremely important and others as not important at all.

The argument put forward, by most people who have no time for real design, is that customers use you for your service, or because you have an amazing product and “a great product sells itself”.

While this might be the case for a small number of businesses, there are many more reasons you might gain or lose sales – in our experience companies who have this mindset limit their success to whatever can be gained by word-of-mouth – which sooner or later becomes a lot of hard work.

Client Side:

Customers that are willing to look past the image, on the strength of a recommendation or low price point, only take you so far – eventually you are limited – to those you can actually talk to on a one to one basis. Which means not enough business to grow, or only as much as your personal involvement (time) will allow.

Fully integrating Design through a planned creative marketing schedule allows your business to “speak” to potential new customers without you being there.

BUT it isn’t a magic wand on it’s own – it needs back up!

Staff Side:

Integrating design throughout your company can inspire staff, increasing pride and job satisfaction. This infection feeds straight through to attitude when speaking to clients and a true involvement in the success of the company.

IMHO?

Well no, it’s not just our opinion that an integrated approach to design leads to more successful businesses there is plenty of evidence out there saying what we have been saying for years.
